Hey my dear....... Cat here..... wow i can relate.... doing some wound care at the hospital where i'm working... and yeah, yucky stuff. One of the most powerful "natural" antibiotics is TEA TREE oil............ works as a anti-viral as well.... which is pretty amazing.
Lavender Oil works great on cuts, burns and wounds as well. Foot stuff, if you can get some of those two oils...... boil water, let it cool a bit, but still keep it hot enough to increase blood flow and permeability- and add 15 - 20 drops of each ..... foot soak. It's pretty amazing stuff. Love you guys and praying.

i just recently started making shakes with avocado too. this is what i tend to do (for four of us)

1 avocado (no skin or stone!)
3 ripe bananas
3 raw eggs
2 tbsp ground almonds
1-2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup or honey
pint or more of milk

its' gorgeous and brings on really even energy levels and hunger only creeps up slowly so you can plan to eat!

I have been following your blog for a while and enjoy reading about your adventures. You are much braver than I. The health side of everything would be very scary to me also.
Blessings

Sounds like a great adventure over there... I wish I could go to a rainbow gathering in africa right now... A friend of ours (and also of Ollie and Erno) must be hanging around somewhere on a rainbow gathering in africa. So if you happen to meet a guy named sasha who is both belgian and american greet him from me...

peace to you and everybody around there...

Wow! What an adventure...

Surely this has to affect the way you view the world, the Gospel, and the Church.

Traveling always does.

God bless your whole clan!
